The Challenge

Global expertise. No system to surface it.

EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions — with engineers, sales leaders, and product specialists across dozens of markets. Before adopting MarketScale Studio, they struggled with fragmented content management, difficulty controlling and distributing assets to the right teams, and a need for more authentic video content for sales and brand. A reliable 48-hour edit turnaround was a critical service expectation.

The Strategy

Executive reinforcement is the flywheel.

MarketScale and EnerSys focused on four levers: top-down reinforcement (leadership modeled and promoted Studio at every level), multiple internal touchpoints (Studio embedded into sales training and town halls), a sales-first use case (reps recording concise outreach clips with a digital business card end slate), and expansion through VIP users and EMEA regions. UGC Coach Christina Marcelin drove continuous experiments across each lever.

In the most recent 45-day period: 104 user logins, 59 users who uploaded or recorded content, 21 VIP guest logins from OEM partners, and 215 edit requests from 46 unique client-side users — representing 71% of all edit requests processed. EMEA teams surged in activity after a targeted sprint. The result was a global UGC engine powered by the people closest to the product.
